With own access (via the ground floor of the villa of course also possible) we come from the south side into an extra apartment, completely designed in loft style – 5 meter high ceilings, ventilation pipes for fresh air \/ exhaust air plus exclusive designer furniture and lighting. A huge terrace with over 130 square meters facing south invites you to dine and relax.<\/p>\n\n

Loft apartment<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n

The loft-basement with a height of 5 meters has an open living area with integrated kitchen. Ventilation pipes run through the whole thing like in an industrial hall<\/p>\n\n

The kitchen is equipped with the most modern and energy-saving technology that cooking is a lot of fun. A washing machine is also available here if needed.<\/p>\n\n

Here is the best bathroom in the house – 5 meters high, large and spacious. And, of course, matching rain shower in loft design.<\/p>\n\n

Two other sleeping areas are available, in one of them there is a box spring bed with a width of 1.40 meters. In the other there are two single beds, each 1 meter by 2 meters – so up to 4 more people can stay overnight.<\/p>\n\n

With the fast and stable installed WLAN, remote working is possible in the basement as well as in all other areas of the villa and in the garden.<\/p>\n
