With own access (via the ground floor of the villa of course also possible) we come from the south side into an extra apartment, completely designed in loft style – 5 meter high ceilings, ventilation pipes for fresh air / exhaust air plus exclusive designer furniture and lighting. A huge terrace with over 130 square meters facing south invites you to dine and relax.

The kitchen is equipped with the most modern and energy-saving technology that cooking is a lot of fun. A washing machine is also available here if needed.

Here is the best bathroom in the house – 5 meters high, large and spacious. And, of course, matching rain shower in loft design.

Two other sleeping areas are available, in one of them there is a box spring bed with a width of 1.40 meters. In the other there are two single beds, each 1 meter by 2 meters – so up to 4 more people can stay overnight.

With the fast and stable installed WLAN, remote working is possible in the basement as well as in all other areas of the villa and in the garden.
