On the ground floor, we enter through the front door into the open-plan living area with kitchen, from where it goes into the conservatory, as well as out of the villa into the garden and to the various terraces including pool or sand court. On the level there is also a bathroom with shower and utility room including washing machine.

As soon as we enter, we experience the open architecture and the special atmosphere of the villa.
Living area
The interior extends over two levels. The open living area begins at the entrance.
The first glance falls on the motorcycle, which is a bar. A cozy giant couch invites you to relax or watch TV from time to time. Light and sound are indispensable in our lives. Of course, we also have an open fireplace for the romantic winter evenings in this area.
Winter garden
The winter garden extends the open living area. We sit here even in winter, whether breakfast or dinner thanks to unique designer and solar lights. So, if it ever rains or storms, we have such a sheltered place with sea air.
Open large kitchen
On this level is an open large kitchen, with everything that belongs to a modern equipment with the latest technology and the highest energy efficiency. In keeping with the loft style, we have great fancy crockery and more. Here, of course, is enough space to eat once.
